The assistant dean represents the interests of all students to the faculty and participates in student affairs policy decisions for the school. The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) assists students with personal matters and concerns and connects students to useful resources around the university. OSA also supports student parents and students with disabilities. OSA coordinates a variety of student programs, including orientation, matriculation, and Commencement and oversees the administration of Jackson School student organizations and student-organized activities. The goal of the office is to identify and address students’ needs and foster an inclusive and supportive environment where students feel like they can belong and thrive as they pursue their educational and professional goals.
