The schedule of deadlines for the YCPS is usually sent out in early November from the University Registrar's Office. The deadline for changes to the major is December 15 (see Committee on Majors). The deadline for minor text changes in the program overview, concentration, certificate, and first-year tabs falls in early February. After the initial copy submission, smaller changes may be made to course and program information up until early March. Some changes are difficult to make late in the editing cycle, and all updates are subject to editorial approval. Program descriptions, once published in early April, may not be changed until the following academic year. The faculty roster may be updated throughout the year.
